Cancellation policy - If the notary drives out and the signer lacks a valid unexpired ID, is incapacitated, or cancels while the notary is en route, the cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee equivalent to the booking deposit. 
 

Booking deposit - 100% of the travel fee.
 

Traffic or table delay - Extreme traffic (i.e. gameday, multiple car accidents
 

Parking lot fee – Cost to park in a parking lot or parking deck.
 

Courier to UPS - Transporting signed paperwork to the closest UPS store. Dropoff conformation will be delivered to signer via email or text.
 

After hours - 9:00pm – 5:00am (Signing will occur at a reputable 24-hour establishment)
